We've tested our smoke mask in live fire tests, wearing it for a full 30 minutes in suffocating and blinding fire smoke, and could have stayed longer. The result? We could breathe, see, and think clearly the entire time, easily navigating our way to safety beside firemen wearing full respiratory gear, who told us that without Xcaper we would have been overcome by the toxic smoke in less than a minute. This was foolishly proven when one of us decided to test this theory by removing the mask for just a few seconds! As a true atestment to the quality of our product, one of our crew members even answered his cell phone while consumed in smoke!
After this event we felt so strongly about the need for our families and friends to own this product, we made it our sole mission to get Xcaper kits into the hands of as many people as possible, at home, at work, and while commuting and traveling.
