What is your return policy?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your Myfiremask.com purchase, return it for any reason for up to 90 days from the date you purchased it.
If you paid for your purchase with a debit card, or a check, we will refund your purchase with a corporate check. If you paid by credit card, we will credit your account.
Simply email us at returns@myfiremask.com for a return authorization number. Include your name, mailing address, telephone number and email address, and quantities and names of items to be returned. We will send you an authorization email containing instructions for shipping.
Return your purchase via mail, freight pre-paid, in saleable condition with the original packaging, including Universal Product Code (UPC), manuals, parts, and your original receipt or packing slip. All refunds are subject to receipt of product and inspection for damage by myFireMask.com prior to refund. If product is damaged or opened, myFireMask.com may charge up to 20% of the purchase price for repackaging or repair.
